Out here in the Northern Rivers, life runs to a different rhythm — seasons, weather, flowering gums, and the steady hum of bees doing what they’ve done forever. What started as a few hives and a curiosity quickly turned into something bigger: a deep respect for the craft of beekeeping and a mission to produce honey we’re genuinely proud to put our name on.

We’re based in Tabulam, where our bees forage across a changing tapestry of native blossoms. That’s what makes each harvest unique — the colour, the aroma, the flavour, even the way it sets. We don’t chase “perfectly uniform.” We chase real: honey that tastes like the place it came from.

As our apiary grew, so did our commitment to doing things properly. We focus on strong, healthy colonies, careful seasonal management, and practices that support the long-term wellbeing of our bees. Because when the bees are thriving, everything else follows.
