After the floods changed everything, we had to start again. Being displaced forced us to rethink what the next chapter could look like — and that’s how The Honey Shed was born.

You’ll find our small honey shop right on the highway between Casino and Tenterfield — a warm, easy stop in a beautiful part of the world. What began as a fresh start has turned into something genuinely special for our little village: a place where travellers pull in, stretch their legs, have a yarn, and take home honey that tastes like the country it came from.

These days, people stop in from all around Australia — some by accident, some as a must-do detour — and we love seeing the same thing every time: a quick stop becomes a memorable one.
